First settled by the Lea family in the early years of the Nineteenth Century, the Town of Leaside was officially incorporated in 1913.
Located in Toronto's former Borough of East York, Leaside is a quiet retreat hidden in the heart of our bustling Megacity.
Loaded with the conveniences of downtown living, Leaside offers local boutiques, restaurants, schools, skating rink, swimming pool, tennis club, library, churches, parks and TTC access. Bus routes provide fast service to Eglinton, St. Clair & Davisville Subway Stations.
The housing in Leaside caters to a variety of needs. You will find classic homes with leaded glass, hardwood floors and gumwood trim, new homes with all the latest upgrades, condominium apartments & townhomes and freehold townhomes.
